Fees are based on booth size:
- Tier 1: 10’x10’ (up to 100 sq. ft.) — $300
- Tier 2: 15’x15’ (up to 225 sq. ft.) — $425
- Tier 3: 20’x20’ (up to 400 sq. ft.) — $550
- Tier 4: 30’x30’ (up to 900 sq. ft.) — $750
- Tier 5: Larger spaces available; pricing negotiated individually
- Strolling Merchant / Cart: No fixed space — $225

Additional fees may apply for electricity or special vendor needs.
Trailers:
If you plan to bring a trailer near your booth, you must request approval in advance.
It must:
- Be included in your total square footage
- Fit safely within your assigned area
Application & Acceptance
Vendor applications are reviewed and approved on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Once approved, booth fees become due. No refunds are issued for cancellations or weather‑related issues.
Applications must include:
- Clear photos of your booth setup
Preference is given to:
- Vendors who apply early
- Vendors with professional booth setups
There are no attire requirements for the Bulls & Barrels event.
Vendors must simply maintain a clean, professional, and safe booth.
- All merchandise must be appropriate for a family‑friendly environment.
Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance listing:
- Brevard Production Inc.
- The event venue as additional insureds, with an Occurrence‑type policy.
Merchandise Sales
Approval to sell specific items is required prior to the event.
Only pre‑approved merchandise may be displayed or sold.
Booth Placement
Booth assignments are made before the event.
Priority is given to early applicants.
Booths will not be moved after placement.
Vehicle Access
Vehicles are allowed on‑site only during approved load‑in/load‑out times.
No vehicles are permitted on the grounds between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM on event days.
No vehicles will be able to move during business hours of the event.
Setup & Safety
- All equipment must be secured properly.
Restrictions
- No inappropriate behavior or unsafe conduct.
- Smoking is prohibited in public areas.
- Alcohol consumption by vendors during event hours is not permitted.
Vendors must keep their area clean.
A $50 cleanup fee applies if trash or debris is left behind.
All required business, food, and safety licenses must be valid and visibly posted.

- Follow all state health and hygiene regulations
- Post menu prices clearly
- Undergo inspection prior to opening
Games and attractions must coordinate spacing needs with the festival.
Electricity
Electricity is not provided.
Vendors bringing generators must:
- Declare generator details in advance
- Only pre‑approved animals are allowed
- No weapon sales to minors
